Maybe after Pac dispatches of DLH easily and sees that he can indeed conquer larger fighters, He'll visit Mcdonald's for awhile then meet Vitali at 200+ pounds.

    Fatpac vs Vitali Klitschko!

Wouldent it be some **** if Pac won..

"And the new, Heavyweight Champion of The World....Mannnnnnnnnyyyyyy Pacquiao!"

Vitaly is an amazing talent, and fights with real conviction and heart. I originally started posting on this thread because someone actually said that the Klitsckos will be remember as greater than Lewis, and they absolutely will not. The accomplihment is just not there.

Both Klits are on their way to carving out their own unique spot in history. Those are real spots, and I wish them luck. But the spots will be lower than Lewis', period.

Yeah, like Rahman did in the fight against Holyfield:

In my oppinion - based on their skill levels mainly - Lewis and Vitaly are both among the best 10 HWs ever to fight (probably top 5).

Who is better? Difficult to say. Lewis has met the better opposition, but has also lost to rather mediocre fighters like Rahman. Vitaly, though, has a far stronger resume in terms of consistency and dominance. H2H they are very close. Vitaly was (no matter how the fight ended) probably slightly better when they met. And btw. Yes, we can say this because we are thinking people, and not robots that can only read "w" or "l". In other words we can watch the fight and see what absolutely happened. However, Lewis was slightly past his prime so prime for prime would probably be closer. In fact they may be extremely close in level. They also hav many of the same qualities: Big, strong, fast, skilled, mentally strong. They would both rather easily beat a guy like Bowe for example.

Lewis said in the lead up to Vitaly's comeback, that they had fought one of the greatest HW fights ever. I agree. Vitaly is without a doubt Lewis' best opponent as Lewis without a doubt is Vitaly's best opponent. We did not get to see how that would have ended, but we saw enough (those of us that are boxing connosiours) to conclude that those two are the best fighters for the last decades. At least since Tyson's era. I know some will say Holifield. Evander should be praised - for he deserves it. He deserves it for being as good as he was despite the huge disadvantgae he had in size. Evander is probably the best CW ever, but he is not H2H in the league of prime Lewis nor Vitaly. P4P one could argue he is, but not H2H. Vitaly will be remembered as a great, as will Lewis and they will both benefit from it as they are eachothers best ever opponent.

He lost to Lennox, and no amount of excuses can discount Lennox's win. I had the rounds 3-3 with Lennox coming on...

 This is comical. Don King is in no position to offer anyone anything. Why doesn't he offer Valuev to either Klitschko?

Woa with $25 million even a Ike Ibeabuchi match is a possibility.

But if no amount of coaxing could get Vitali his due back in 2003, then there is no way Lewis & Co. will cooperate now. Furthermore, Lennox is still returning favors to HBO.

Not with Ike still in prison, and recently being reclassified from Medium Security to Maximum Security it won't!

And what is Vitali "due" exactly? He got a title shot, and failed to take advantage of an ageing champion.

He had his chance and fell short. He isn't "due" jack ****.

Pretty much agree with your post - it amazes me that people seem to downplay lewis' dominance - he did all that was asked of him and got out with his brain and bank balance in working order.

Vitali has beaten most in front of him (and the losses seem to not be clear cut and open to argument) and I cant see anyone out there at moment who will beat him.

Not sure i'd put vitali in top 5 but i would put lewis.

let fighters retire and stay retired without being called a ***** - there is always one more fight or one more interesting match up as new comers come into the fore - total respect to lewis for knowing when the game was over and getting on with his life.

We all know hes in prison but money talks everyday with our legal system.

Oh and you dont stop a fight on a cut when he can still see clearly and is about to seal his legacy http://www.eastsideboxing.com/boxing-news/Klitschko-Transcript.php

I do think Louis was a great champion but he seems way over the hill now
