Vitali’s cutman Souza is the best in the business and here is how he does it. Cotton swabs are soaked in epinephrine to decrease blood flow and Avitene to coagulate the blood. Then the soaked swab is often placed inside the cut. A cutman might also cover the area with petroleum jelly to prevent further damage. A swab may also be used to remove blood so vaseline can be pushed into the cut.

I think he even fought hurt against Lennox and then the cut.
I wish they would rematch because the fight really left alot of questions.

I'd actually forgotten how badly Lennox beat the snot out of VITLAY in the 5th as well as the 6th. I've now adjusted my scoring and have Lewis 4-2 up at the end, with VITLAY always starting the round fast but finishing the round looking like he's about to get KO'd.
