It was something equally lopsided, definitely. I think only one or two 'experts' gave Calzaghe a chance to win, and even then it was qualified.

 

Bit surprised by that. I get that Wilder is the official favorite, certainly for his countrymen, but 18-0 for such a step up in class is a bit odd.

 

I find it amusing as well. Ortiz can punch and I think Wilder's technique is awful.

There's a lot of logistic credibility on the line, for sure.

 

Ortiz needs to test that chin with a one of those big left hands.. I remember Molina got him with one and his legs turned to Chef Boyardee quick.. If he gets tagged like that by Ortiz is a different story.. Well see.. Then again well see how well Ortiz can take a right hand by the Wild one..
