Johnson has more excuses for his career than rounds in the ring.

The man doesn't take his career seriously. I don't buy this bull**** that he couldn't line up a fight for 4 years. And now he thinks a 4 rounder against a tomato can means we should take him seriously?

I'll grant you he had talent but he threw it all away out of pure laziness. When I read that interview and the crap about styles being wrong for particular matchups that's all code speak for he didn't want to get in the ring.

    Just go away I say.

Agreed, it's not hard to walk on to a ****ing fight card against a club fighter.

He's a joke and I ****ing can't stand him and his lard ass.

    Go Rahman!!!

I was gonna say..ive sparred with many a gret heavyweight. Ive held my own with Lennox the Lion Lewis, Mike Tyson (albeit older Tyson), Lou Savarese and Shannon Briggs (who i got the better of) and the hardest man ive eve sparred was Douglas Robertson. That man laid me out. He hit me so hard my kinfolk back in europe felt it.:scaredas:

    doug gonna kill kirk:-(

Yeah I hope he does well. Keep active and keep the weight down and he'll get some bigger fights.

Former heavyweight title challenger Kirk Johnson (37-2, 27 KOs) returned from a four year layoff to demolish Douglas Robertson (3-24-2). The 37-year-old Johnson knocked down Robertson twice before the bout was waved off at 1:45 of the first round. The bout took place at the Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, Texas.

Kirk's on boxrec as having a fight scheduled for June. No opponent yet. After the light work he got tonight, he might want to move that up to May.
