    His brother called me last night when kirk arrived home here.Told me Kirk is fighting in dec against some stiff compitition.I went to the gym and was told that it looks like it may be toney.I will let you know for sure when I talk to kirk.

    According to recent news, Thomspon and Toney agreed on the principle terms of their respective contract. So, it really looks like Toney-Thompson is a go for December.

    Say what you want about him but James Toney is willing to face top opposition in every weight class he has stepped in.
    After the recent Haye fiasco, he has once again proven that he is one of the most fearless fighters of this era. Thompson is a lower top 10 contender, tall and a southpaw, no joke.

    If this is Toney's final fight, then so be it.

    Johnson hasn't fought in 3 years now(if not longer) and I can't find a single site confirming this. If it's possible then this is a good fight for Johnson and he has a pretty good chance in it as well, he might as well take this if he's serious about fighting.

    Possible, it won't be easy though I assure you that. Johnson, despite all the jokes, is actually a very good fighter with underrated speed. I would take it IMMEDIATELY if I was Johnson.
