Both will have burgers and both have a chance, Toney is 40 years old now and it should be obvious that he won't show what he once did, which is why I say Johnson has a good chance. Johnson isn't a joke and has some skills/speed, which is why a lot of people gave him a HUGE chance against V.Klitschko. Then again Toney doesn't have Klitschko's power, height and reach.
And Thompson has a very awkward style that does'nt allow a person to get in a rhythm against him, it should be interesting how Toney deals with Thompson.
He won't need to worry about that in my opinion, it's not like Toney is a major threat right now, just look at his resume at Heavyweight and that's when he was younger. The only win worth mentioning is Holyfield.
Sure can, don't think he was robbed against Peter the first time, it was still a very close fight and I honestly believe Peter was more active.
I agree, it will be very interesting and difficult for Toney. I do know if at this stage of this career he can defeat Thompson. Then again, Toney has showed me that he has a a lot left in his last fight with Rahman so it would be a mistake to underestimate him. I do not know why people keep talking about Kohnson. To my knowledge this fight has never been discussion and it makes absolutely no sense for Toney at this stage of his career.
you have to admit though that northend doesn't start the rumours. hey man do you know how cave did in his first MMA fight?
This fight will never happen, it looks like Toney-Thompson for December. I'd be very surprised to see Johnson in a ring again and even more surprised if there is a credible opponent opposite him. With this long a layoff Toney would absolutely dominate Johnson. Kirk Johnson is some of the most wasted heavyweight talent in recent years.
Didn't happen. His opponent pulled out last minute with rib and chest pains. Apparently Cave and his boys put on a good show (verbally) fighting with people in the crowd though.
