Kirkland - Arm is injured but I would be willing to take the fight for the rite money

I don't wanna see the fight if Kirkland not 100%,let Kirkland heal,and lt them fight in the future,don't think GBP would move the date though,just find another opponent

 

Kirkland should definitley heal up, but Golden Boy Promotions should be sensible and say the real reason for the fight not to happen is because Kirkland is not 100% healthy. Not just say he refused the offer and asked for more money. It's not smart to sell your health, and it's not smart to shell out more cash for a fighter that will not be able to perform at his best.

 

whats he mean if my career is over after this fight ? does he mean if he lose's he's done or that if he lost it would ruin his career? weird statement

 

It could also mean damaging his shoulder beyond repair for him to be a prize fighter. But I'm not sure what he meant. Really doubt he thought he could really take Canelo on with just one arm though.

 

This is nuts, an injured one armed fighter shouldn't even be training let alone fighting.

What are GBP thinking?

 

Let Kirkland heal and have them sign a fight between Canelo vs Lara, then Kirkland fights winner..
