Kirkland back in jail

****, this scared me for a minute. I'm glad his fight is still on and hes only going to county jail for a week. one of my favorite boxers, and who knows if it was really for a custom mouth piece? I believe it was probably only for an hour or so though, Ive had friends on probation get screwed over due to a few minutes; this seems to be the same. not a big deal, overreaction

 

He sounds like a pretty dumb kid, but if the backstory behind this week's stay at the Hilton is true, it's kind of a tempest in a teapot. He didn;t beat some old woman over the head and steal her purse, and he wasn't selling drugs. He just ran down to grab a mouthpiece from a dentist. Not exactly a crime against humanity, but someone should probably sit his ass down and say, "Son, look........I need you to get your head in the game here and understand the situation you're in. You're poisoning your own well."

 

So is the Man in your Avatar...But never would I say something as Juvenile as him selling Illegal street level narcotics. But then again, I am not 12 years old...And a Racist!!!

 

this is what happens when you just read the thread title and nothing else, you end up looking ******ed. kirkland is only in a holding facility for a week you tool, he didn't do anything major:-(

Naw, he aint get busted on drug charges it was more on the lines of illegal gun possesion that locked him up for a couple years. Not like he was gun totting at some club or anything like that.

He's doing like a week, couldn't be nothing serious. Don't do what many did to Angulo bro. HBO and Arum had him depicted like some illegal who got busted for the second time. When in reality it was just an some expired visa. No biggie.

I do hope Kikland can be more careful so we can see him in some future match-ups like against K-9, or Angulo. :good
