    Vera was MW as well. This is one of those in between fights for Kirkland. It's not unusual for a guy in Kirkland's position to fight a guy 1 division above or below him. He's not going to MW anytime soon.

    i think it would be better if he move up to middle. i bet he can string good victories there considering very few middleweights are willing to campaign in the US

    He already fought at MW. His goal is to rule 154. He'll go to MW fulltime eventually but not anytime soon.

    Yeah man that crazy.

    Do you recall Mora saying about a year or so ago that he will be Sugar Ray Leonard and Pavlik would be Hagler in their fight? :lol:
