That's a fight that should be made for early next year. A perfect HBO BAD fight. Trout would def outbox Kirkland in the first half of the fight. If Kirkland trains as good for this fight as he did for his last, i could see the fight end up like Cotto Margarito 1 and Kirkland winning it in the latter rounds. Or maybe Trout could dominate Kirkland for the full 12 rounds. Cause he seems to be able to go in the 6th gear for forever. And with Kirkland's power and on the other hand his tendecy to get kd easily, i could see this fight having multiple knockdowns. should be very interesting. Hope it will be made
I believe they were sparring partners at some time or another so that should add something to a proposed fight between them.
It's a good fight, but isn't Trout under contract with Showtime......and no offense, but Trout aint exactly a worldbeater himself.:-(
