Alvarez by vicious beating, Although Wolfe has done some great things with Kirkland, he needs to work with some other trainers so he could learn how to box and use his power and speed and also that employs some defense, rather than try to slug it out at close quarters, knowing he possess a glass jaw

In the aftermath of Saturday's fight, I'm sure a lot of people will say that Kirkland slaughters Canelo, possibly throwing in words like "overrated" and "fraud".

I don't think it's a foregone conclusion though. Unlike Angulo, Alvarez at least makes an attempt to defend himself every now and again. I think his hands are a little faster too and he throws nice combinations.

Right now, I'd still go with Kirkland but in a year or 18 months, I might lean towards Alvarez.

It'd definitely be fun too watch.

Canelo by murder, Kirkland only beat Angulo because Angulo **** his bolt in the first round and emptied the tank .

I would think that Canelo is too sharp for him but I who knows there's still a big ? over Canelos chin and if it's not sturdy as **** he's getting sparked out early.

I think we got to a point where Canelo got so overrated that he's underrated.

    Me.
There are two things i am wondering about.
How will Kikland take Canelos combination punching and how will Canelo respond to Kirklands power ?

Gomez was able to land on Canelo pretty much at will. Kirkland is faster and more powerful than Gomez. This is a damn good fight.

Too bad Golden Boy won't make it happen.

Canelo is a lot sharper and skilled than James, but can he deal with the pressure and power? I think Canelo might be able to get a UD, but Kirkland has the power to end the fight at any time with a well placed shot.

It should be a good fight.

very tought fight. I think Canelo has better boxing skills but Kirkland has got some heart. I kinda of see it like Cotto-Margarito. Where Canelo would probably win the first 5 rounds with some close ones in there but Kirkland would just keep coming and coming. Close fight. as of right now I would say Canelo but close decision
