    This is the best of the best competing with one another, probably one of the most solid top 20's in the history of Kirk's League, all of us are the true intellectual beasts of the site. And of course it's due to myself and my loyal sidekick moparfan forcing everyone to pick up their games and bring themselves up to our level.:yep

    I must say from this point going foward, you have to be on your P's and Q's, one mistake can be disastrous to your ranking.. like you and PinoyProdigy have stated, everyone in the top 10 are so close together 1 loss can push you back a few rankings.. **** I moved up 7 spots.

    Barrera is anything but a prospect, he's more than capable after having a amateur career in Cuba for a decade of defeating the best, just like Rigo and Lara, they come into the sport the complete package. Think about it Rigo beat Donaire in his 12th match and Lara beat PWill in his 17th. Barrera is that complete and he'll topple Ward just like he shut Dawson out in the amateurs 15 years ago.:deal

    I hear sirens all the time, and I don't even live in that dangerous a part of Florida anymore.:lol:

    His most notable win is a shot to **** lacy.. Murat is unknown and never accomplished anything.. Meaning he's still developing=prospect. Yeah but Rigo is Rigo... Barrera to me is not comparable to any of his counterparts , as he's not come into his own yet as a fighter. This is his breakout fight, and though he might do good in spots.... He will fail... Ward is just that damn good! Barrera will choke, when it's all said and done.:deal

    Stopping Murat was impressive, Murat has been in with some solid guys and no one ever dropped him much less shut him out and stopped him, except for Cleverly, and that stoppage was utter horse****. He was sitting in the corner and the doc came in and waved it off for no real reason.

    And don't let the KO ratio deceive you, he probably would have KO'd everyone he's faced, he only points wins on his record are in 4 and 6 rounders, most of his KO's take place in the 7th and 8th, NO ONE has gone past 8 rounds with Barrera, Ward got rocked by Paul Smith....think about it.:deal

    I point to wards ring rust as to why he didn't look spectacular against smith though he did get the TKO. Ward can make it an ugly fight, how will Barrera respond to that? I think he folds. There's been a lot of prospects that have gotten beaten by experienced fighters. Juarez to Soto, Bojado to Rubio. , Arce to Carbajal, Barrera to Jones.... Ward is a whole nother level.
