We're both totally stuck in the past, I'd much rather watch 80's action and Horror flicks and 80's comedies than anything new. I never get rid of anything either, I have barrels of toying in water tight bins in my closet, but you got me beat, I don't have near as many WCW/NWA tapes as you do.:shock:

By the way, did you ever watch Monstervision with Joe Bob Briggs on TNT when you were a kid? I was a huge fan of his from back when he was on the Movie Channel.

 

I like doing this once in a while, I love the old intros from the 80's on TV channels, so I hunt them down on YT to feel nostalgic. Everything felt so much more important back then.

Oh well I figured you might, they advertised it all the time during Nitro, but sometimes if I wasn't interested in something I'd ignore the commercials for years too.

 

For the record FIGHTER2R, I was gong to stick with my Sandoval pick, I thought he had a slight chance to pull it off, if he took it seriously, but him failing to make weight by 5 pounds showed his lack of interest and lack of faith in an upset, I knew he was just showing up to get KO'd and get his paycheck.

 

You should have, the Stevenson fans have blown him way out of proportion, I like Fonfara and predicted he would be a tougher test for Adonis that people thought he'd be, but I never thought he'd win and he was a tough test but he clearly lost. His power is overrated and his skill level is overblown. He hasn't gotten any better he just had a sitting duck of a fat oMW in Chavez to absorb punishment and Clev would had he stuck to a gameplan would have beaten him with relative ease, after all going the hard way I still think he deserved a draw, the 7-5 Fonfara score was the only reasonable one. He's a chinny giraffe neck mofo who open as hell to overhand rights and I knew if Smith could land a few, and its easy because of his ****ty defense, he'd put his ass down.
