See, what I thought would happen, happened, I had a ton of confidence that Hall would win, and get robbed. I really wanted to go with Hall, but I knew he wouldn't get the nod even if he won 10 rounds.

It was such a close fight, cries of robbery are unfair.

The cards were too wide though.

I had it 7-5 Hall, but when I heard 117-111 card I knew it would be Haskins.

What a performance by Brook. I think the eye was damaged and that's why they stopped it.

Golovkin has never been hit and hurt like that before.

He won a round at best. Got stopped inside 5 rounds. Hardly a great performance.

I thought Brook did very well under the circumstances. I don't know where all these 3-1 scores come from besides British beergoggles or blind hate, but he certainly had some succes.
I scored it 3-1 Golovkin by the way, like the US commentators did. Don't know what the Sky commentatrs scored it.

The Sky commentary was horrid man.... Christ. Was about a round away from muting it. I don't think he disgraced himself, but saying he did "very well" is a stretch.

He got stopped because of a broken eye socket.

When was the last time anyone had as good a round against Golovkin as Kell did in round 2?

The performance was great because of how good he looked until the injury. Don't get me wrong, it was a left hook that caused it so it's a fully legit victory, but I thought Kell looked great in there.

It would have been great if he kept that up for several rounds. Flashes of greatness maybe, but not a great performance. There's a big difference between having some good moments over a 2-3 rounds and looking good throughout a 12 round fight.

I had it 3-1 to brooks after 4 rounds. He did very well indeed, no one ever did that to golovkin in the pro ranks.

I thought it was a great stoppage by his corner, clearly brooks right eye were damaged.

Brook did a beautiful job, proved to the rest of the world how good he is, acquitted himself honorably, and GGG got the stoppage, its a win-win for me.

He was competitive through the first four, clearly won at least one round and had an argument for winning at least one more. So he lasted longer than middleweights like Geale, Rubio, Wade, Macklin, etc...while not being a middleweight.

He stayed in the pocket and tried to fight fire with fire...and he made it a better fight than a lot of people expected for the first third. The Golovkin flipped the switch in the fifth and overwhelmed him. Even then, Brook was still able to defend himself a lot better then the others listed and remain upright at the end.

He did fine, really. About as well as could reasonably be expected.

I disagree. I understand your opinion but I do disagree with it.
