Liam Smith is being vastly underrated and as usual Canelo is being vastly overrated.

    Just a reminder.
Amir Khan has no chin and was brought in to be KO'd, yet he still managed to win 4 or 5 rounds.
Cotto was old and past it and still Canelo couldn't inflict the damage on him that Trout and Mayweather did.
Kirkland has no chin and was bought in to lose by KO, yet Canelo was still gassing when he KO'd him in Rd. 3.
The Lara match was debatably a loss or a draw, he couldn't drop or hurt Lara, even though Angulo did twice.
Angulo passed out and had to be caught by Hunter, and still Canelo couldn't KO literally a walking corpse.
    He lost to Mayweather, badly.
He beat Josesito by KO a Light Welterweight.
He should have had a draw against Trout even with the KD.
He looked terrible and was barely getting by Gomez and got a gift stoppage.

    I could go on....

Liam Smith has a fine very underrated jab, he's a tremendous body puncher, his head movement is far better than advertised when he actually tries to slip punches he does it pretty well, he has an insane gas tank, he seemingly never tires, his KO record is deceiving most of his non KO wins were 4 or 6 rounders, most of his stoppages come in 7 or 8, he uses great unexpected angles and his combination punching is impressive, his left hook is brutal, his uppercut is savage.

If Canelo gasses like he did in the Kirkland fight, or in the Cotto fight, and he isn't able to KO Smith, and since Smith won't be drained and isn't being brought in for his notorious glass jaw to make Canelo's KO ratio look impressive, there's a real possibility that Liam can pin Canelo on the ropes for long periods of time and eventually force a stoppage.

And when was the last time Gasnelo actually fought a pressure fighter that wasn't half dead? While he's badly drained no less? How will a fighter who fights in spurts, handle non stop pressure?

Smith's got skill, and this fight could be competitive...But he does look a level below in terms of hand speed and more importantly, the fight is being held in Canelo country. Competitive rounds are probably gonna swing toward the "A" side.

The Mrs is out tonight so I'll finally get chance to re score Gonzalez's too toughest fights to date.

Hopefully before McKenzie v Huck starts.

Then after that fight I'm gonna continue my series of classic fights and watch Galaxy v Pical.

I want to switch my pick to Usyk KO - is it too late to do this?

    Never did this before.

Since pretty much everyone is going for Arslan, Im picking Serefi.

Don't see why 45 year old Arslan should be such a huge favourite

I don't think Glowacki vs Usyk actually starts for at least another five hours Zak, so your switch should be cool.

I'm personally not sure of the pick switching rule either. I think as long as you post your pick changes here on this thread at least three-and-a-half hours before the fight is scheduled to start, it's usually okay.

the rule is 30 minutes before the fight. so you can change any picks as many times as you like as long as they occur 30 minutes before the match
