Here it is in the casserole dish before I plated it. And yes that's the same casserole dish I used for the lamb meal from the other day. Look at all that cheese Mmmmmmm.

Yeah I did for a little while but dropped out, I mentioned that a few times in one of my conversations with Moparfan. Thanks man, it was awesome, I just got done eating it about 30 minutes ago.

As far as cooking for everyone....Ugh nothing would annoy me more, I can't stand most of the people in my neighborhood. But I've cooked for family and friends several times before at large get togethers, I almost prefer it, I'm so detail oriented, such a perfectionist and a clean freak that no one will get sick from the taste or any errantly placed chicken juice.

And there's nothing wrong with the taste of lighter fluid I'm not happy until I smell like charcoal and lighter fluid after barbequing it adds to the ambience. My hair usually smells like for days.

 

Yeah I could, but I wouldn't it too much of a pain in the ass to do it every day, most of us tend to save it for holidays, like Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July etc. Most like to do it in the summer, but I prefer it in the winter, its not cold as **** here in Florida so its perfect there's a nip in the air and around 40 degrees, the ambience feels great, the grill can keep you warm and everyone sits in their lawn chairs with a small fire going bullshitting late into the wee hours of the morning. If you ever make it to the states you should definitely seek out one of the many BBQ restaurants in the South, preferably family owned.
