    He'll turn up in the shape he's been doing recently, about 245-250.

    I don't think his weight is too relevant. He's a bit like Arreola in that regard.
    Arreola often showed up heavy, but you never really saw him gassing.

    Ruiz is just one if these guys that carries fat.
    His hands are still fast and he's surprisingly athletic for a guy as chubby as him.

    Do you have to sign-up somewhere to get into this league for next season? Also is there a post or thread somewhere with rules I should know about if you allow me to join the league? I didn't know if this is like fantasy where leagues can only have so many players, so the matchups are 1 on 1 every week.

    No sign up. You can actually start playing now if you want. Just pick who you think is going to win from the fight list in December, using these methods UD,SD,MD,TKO,KO and that's all! There are some simple rules, but I'll let Pinoy or cst give you a more in depth breakdown.

    There's a fight list at the beginning of every month, all you have to do is pick who you think will win and by what method, if your guy wins, you win, if you pick the correct method of winning KO, SD or UD, you get a bonus KO point.

    There's side competitions along the way where guys can challenge one another, there's a People's Championship, The Crowning, Beastside Challenge that you'll learn about by following along. There's no limit to the amount of players, there could be hundreds, as long as you're the guy with the most wins at the end of the year, you win, so try to get in all your picks and not miss any, or you might fall behind.
