I know I'm not as active bit I am still knocking about.

I'm in a good place today though guys. I've had quite a roller coaster year and I ain't gonna go into the personal stuff but a year ago I decided I needed a hobby to take my mind off things and I signed up for a football team, 3 months in I injured my knee pretty badly and haven't been able to play since and over the next 9 months a lot of crazy **** has happened to the point where I was getting down about not being able to play football any more (you know that feel good factor you get from competitive sport) my knee is better but can't take the change of pace that comes with football so I needed a sport that my knee could handle.

I've joined a boxing gym now and my knee can take the training so ive found my new hobby. I'm 25 so ive no expectations but if I can enter amatuer tourneys and give a good account of myself I'll be happy.

So yeah today has been a good day :good
