The Abie Han fight isn't on here? Tsk tsk for shame. :nono Nope, wait, nevermind it's on there. :good Good boy. In cases like this I blame my phone :yep. Bad phone.
Guys I have seen The man of steel at cinema, was decent, but not so good as anticipated. The Main flaws that crossed my mind at first were the fighting scenes between him and Zod who for minutes seemed game-like with no drama/feeling to it and a bit like two invincible mans punching each-other and not feeling anything. I think they showed so much of Zod and so much of Krypton. And another mistake was that they didnt made much of a love plot between Superman and Lois Lane. Mainly doing a resume, the story/script probably looked great on the paper but It feelt like they put to much focus on every little thing, that they overlooked and shadowed, also didnt gave as much as needed importance to the most significant things. It also sucked that nobody knew who he was and nobody knew even that he was called superman, was like they torn out a symbol. He was some alien, ''The Alien'' how a soldier told his commanding officer when the man didn't understood who was he talking about.
I don't mind it exactly, but most other threads here (especially since all the changes) are for the most part text-centric enough that you could plausibly believe it to be a work-related software application if you walked by someone's desk with the forum up in a browser window. :yep Any given page of Kirk's Championship is sort of a dead giveaway, " This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected , I'M SLACKING OFF LIKE A SILLY BILLY!! :gayfight" No images/avatars/emoticons with just b&w text is actually the best way to lurk on the job without it being clear you aren't really being productive. (especially if your bosses or the big wigs likely to pass you know very little of your role and would assume whatever they saw was some program critical to you but outside their purview) Of course, if you have supervisors who are remotely on the young side (20's-40's) chances are they're probably going to know WTF a message board is and how they look...but some of us are lucky enough to be surrounded by technology-phobic old coots. :yep
Surely, what is that exactly? I want to win my Peoples Championship back... I think I had that one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vimZj8HW0Kg
Kirk rules I quoted above, they apply once you got in a WBK title fight. The WBK is Kirks league solo alphabet Belt. It works with 12 fights symbolizing the 12 rounds of a real fight. A title fight last around two weekends. You can get a chance as a Voluntary defense picked by the Champion or as a Mandatory based on a points system reflecting the quality and accuracy of your picks during the time span that the current ongoing WBK title bout happens. In order to become mandatory you need to rank #1 on the points system rules I quoted bellow
Nice, some of us have quite some time on our hands. How would I get an opponent for this league to gain entry to the ranks? Would I challenge a particular ranked player to a match for their spot? Such as Malden, Kirk, IB, ect? Rules are fairly clear for entry. Although it makes me regret listing my monthly picks early. :!: Sure, sounds like a fun addition to the league. If you need a break marking down rounds I'll simply have you email me your listings and I'll add to it. If that is what you meant?
The next defense of the belt it's a voluntary and will be chosen by the winner between the current WBK champ Kirk and Former WBK champ Pinoy. The fight is ongoing Kirk leading by 2 points going into Round 9. Yeah I thought that climbing the ranks by defeating another fighter better ranked than you would have been extremely cool. It doesn't happen like that. The rankings are done regardless of what happened before, they are done only following the point system quoted by me, during the voluntary defense. You become Mandatory gathering points during the 12 or more picks/rounds that take place in the two weekends that the voluntary defense lasts.
Kirk should think about that when he has time, it will make it even more atractive. The only reason you must PM the detailed(UD close/wide TKO- what round) picks, when you are in a WBK title fight is so the opponent wont react accordingly with the one who list them first, and so having an advantage or simply not going with what he initially thinks. Once the picks PM'ed and listed they can be changed only with your opponent permission/acceptance.
