Agreed, those are his best options - along with Canelo - and Roach did say he is ready to jump in with those big names. Where did you hear about Cotto vs. Maravilla being in talks already?
Hajime No Ippo - New Challenger left of when Ippo was doubting his Dempsey Roll. His coach Kamogawa has figured out that he needs to change his main weapon, evolve it so it won't be easy prey for the high class counter-punchers that could take care of it with good timing one figuring out the patter of the attack. And Aoki( the funny one) was getting a title fight because #1 had a car accident #2 had an anapestics operation, #3 retired from boxing and #4 dropped in rankings because of a loss. So he become mandatory. In new challanger there was the fight between Date( the only men to beat Ippo and former Japanese Champ) and the legendary Mexican Champion Ricardo Martinez that holds a record of 68W with 64KO's and 0 losses. Martinez beats the crap out of Date in 10 rounds, leaves him with a broken fist, ribs and chin I believe. Hospitalized. Date passed the baton to Ippo, as recognizes him as Japans next best hope as the next Word Title Challenger, at that weight class, maybe overall to considering that Takamura was already World Champion and a bit in a class of his own. Also in New Challenger Takamura beat Brian Hawk a skillful American Champion, unpredictable and with an insane killer instinct, also a bit of a nutjub, a little similar to Tyson outside the ring. And Miyata won the OPBF title.
This fight is a true 50/50 fight in which both fighters have the ability to win. JMM is the last of the throw back true Mexican classic fighters and Bradley has the heart of a lion. The fight will be determined in the square circle just as all fights should be. 50/50 just like we want it...Arman
I miss you guys. Sorry I cant chat more here with you guys.My life got a little busier. I got back into sport after an injury I got about 7-8 years ago. Operated on both feet, wasn't able to put my feet on ground for about 2-3 weeks wasn't able to put shoes for about 2 months and wasn't able to walk outside for more than 3 months. And wasn't able to do sports for almost 1 and a half year. So during that period I gained a lot of weight. After that I just became lazy, and got busy with work doing sports only once a month with friends when we felt like it and gather around from all over the country to our hometown. Also because I stared working and was a new thing for me I was putting all my energy in there. Since I'm quite smart(figured this out by meting a lot of stupid ppl) I got management/administration jobs and that meant being most of the time at a desk, and being under a lot of stress. I remember when reading the job offer's they all stared like this" Need to have endurance to stress". With all this crap I wasnt really looking after my health and stress has a bad effect on me. I always wish stress would make me thinner like some other guys but for me it's not like that. So in this rhythm with only being able to eat from fast food because I literally had only few minutes free per day of work and working even in the weekends I reached in 4 years at the fantastic weight of 230 lbs. :O But now i got back to having 167 lbs that means in 4-5 months of harsh training and healthy eating after I quit my last job and got some time for myself I lost more than 60 lbs. Friends were astonished to say at least.
And on Marquez-Bradley I kind of lean on Marquez, but since we saw the questionable scorecards of Bradley against one of the most loved and one of the biggest cash-cows in boxing today I'm a little in doubt.
Damn Beast, well done :good We hope to have you back too but life always has those seasons where one doesn't have the time to get online as much. Glad to hear you've gotten fit again, you lost 60lbs... that's truly awesome.
