I found it funny how Kellerman talked about the 10 point must system and how it's flawed. It is. :yep. That's why I score with my newly introduced 10 point total system. I had Andre Ward winning 96-24. A lot of clear (7-3) and very clear (8-2) (9-1) rounds in favor of Andre.

 

I scored it by my two-point mutual deduction system. I take two points away from both fighters in every round, regardless of what either does or doesn't do. So, I scored it -24 to -24, plus the referee's two point deduction, so, that's -26 to -26. Every time I have watched this fight, Ward/Rodriguez has been a draw. I see no other way to score it, using my scoring system.

 

Although your your two point mutual deduction system is much more accurate as the ten (or five) point must system, and the Kellerman one, I believe it might lead to a bigger chance of corruption.
Corruption you might ask... in boxing?! But I'm serious in this case.
For instance, one fighter's promoter slips the referee a brown envelope with a couple of $100 bills in them to deduct a couple of points from the other fighter... this completely undermines the otherwise extremely accurate Two Point Mutual Deduction System™.

Now we all know that things like that aren't likely to happen in baxxin', but you never know.
