    Speaking of the holiday spirit, my dear old mother (who is mortified at the idea of me competing, and even more so that I eventually want to go pro if even just briefly - yet is letting me invite my kid brother along when I'm back in in the gym after my shoulder rehab) just asked me what brands of sparring glove and face-barred headgear I prefer. <3 :xmas

    She mentioned looking at reviews on Sherdog 'for your brother' (but, ;)) and it took my every ounce of touched filial gratitude to reign in the bah-humbug and restrict the snark in my reply to "Well, they're generally a site that focused more on MMA than boxing..." :lol:

    I suppose Ill go with the consensus here that Broner will win.... I think if maybe the stakes werent so high right now that Id consider going with Marcos... I do see this as a potentially difficult fight for Broner but honestly with his speed, and I think the judges will lean with him (boxings 'next star') , he should have enough to win it on the judges cards.

    But, I can still see Marcos pulling the upset, making Broner uncomfortable in there, starting hitting him with some good shots.

    We will see....

    But Broner 'should' win this....
