Nope. It was the 12th. Bundu dropped him in the last few seconds and stopped him with 8 seconds left.

I can't tell how good that Maidana win feels... He utterly destroyed and humiliated Broner.

Broner got away with a couple of bad decisions, and still he was hyped beyond belief. Now the judges weren't able to fix it for him anymore.
And Maidana really deserves this

 

Really enjoyed Paulie's commentary on the fight. He basically said what I'd been saying for a long while now. I know this won't happen, but I hope the next time a fighter looks flashy, or gets a one punch KO - or whatever the case maybe - I hope the media and the fans don't get overly excited and anoint whoever that next prospect is in the P4P discussion when they haven't earned it yet. You have to earn your way towards the top. Beat the best to become the best.

 

This is never gonna happen. They media and fans will ALWAYS be there to create hype.

 

:yep Absolutely, yeah, I mentioned it'll still happen...that's just the way it goes, but anyway, good win for Maidana and it'll be interesting to see how broner responds. Will he go the PNH route and go hide in a ditch or will he man up and bounce back. A humiliating loss like this is a true sign of a man's character.
