**** Kirks Championships 2014 ****

Well by my math it all ended in a three way tie between me,Malden and Kirk.

But apparently there might be some lost picks so i dont know what the hell will happen, but IMO those lost picks should have been addressed when they were first mentioned instead of waiting for the end of the year, just my two cents.

 

No Malden had more KO's.

But didnt you said that the first tie breaker is who picked the most fights?

 

Just seen the press conference of Bute-Pascal.
Funny moment when RJJ said good day in Italian, thinking was French.

Bute said He knows of what he is capable of and at the end of the day he will be the one with his hands held up high. And actually posed liked that, second time I've seen him doing it.
And toward the end Bute also said just like in England were he took lots of punches from Froch, he won't fall down and will never give up, he won't do it this Saturday either.

Pascal tried to make Bute look like the bad guy making use in the expression "Shut his mouth" of the word "gueule" which means mouth, but it used for animals, instead of "bouche" used for persons, and said that's a lack of respect more than his trash-talk.
He was booed by few right then and some journalist yelled Bute, Bute!


Interesting fact HBO's representative Peter Nelson sat next to Bute.
And both fighters was asked about their toughest opponent so far, both answering Froch, pretty much giving a hint about the next fight plans.

Bute looked a bit uncomfortable at the face of, but was understandable because Pascal was looking like he was reaching for a kiss.
And Bute always looked like that at press-conferences.

 

Can someone update the schedule for me? Erdei is out, Caparello is in.

This part is confusing. So it was Bute who said he would shut Pascal's mouth, and Pascal nitpicked the way he said it? So was he intimating that Bute was being racist, by using the word for animals' mouths rather than humans'? :think

Yep. Pascal was talking a lot about Bute for years. Bute only said time after time, that his time will come and then he will shut that mouth of his. So Pascal started his pre-planed speech at the conference about the use of the word mouth in french for animals, instead of humans and trying to make a point that the ***** here is Bute and not him. I guess Pascal was trying to make Bute look bad just like he did with Hopkins, maybe was trying to provoke Bute, the same way.
