Ironically, he's one of the few black and white stars I don't like that much. He tried waaaaay too hard, he's like one these paper gangster wannabes on Mob Wives you see now days, I prefer the brooding silent type mobsters like Vito Corleone, Cagney was pretty good in Angels With Dirty Faces and his best film IMO was a comedy after he got old called One Two Three.
