    Ya man overall I think it was a good interview.... Ward does bug me with his absolute denial of certain things, and how he tries so hard to be an agent of logic and yet fails to see certain valid logical perspectives. But overall I enjoyed the interview and I think he came off well.

    I'm still hesitant to pick anyone for the Karl/Ramirez and Ugas/Ghvamichava. Thinking about these fights makes me want to yank my hair out... :lol:

    Is there chance old' man Mundine will upset old man Green? I need some info on two fighters I quite frankly don't care about much.

    His denial that most fans thought Kovalev won, which going by basic empirical evidence is simply not reality. Practically every public poll on the issue has around or over 70% of boxing fans scoring the fight for Kovalev. And him trying to use the logic that a close fight cant be a robbery because its close. That kind of thinking can excuse and paves way for justifying all robberies in close fights. With that thinking, all a guy has to do is win 5 rounds in a fight and he can say 'it was a close fight, robberies dont happen in close fights because those rounds are subjective'

    On a sidenote, you know.... out of all the BS boxing fans and fighters put up with in the sport. The multiple belts from the same organization within the same division, the ducking, the corruption, ect. I think one of the things that bugs me the most about this sport is its outcome being 'subjective'.... the system in place that allows two different 'professional judges' to score a fight as drastically different as we have seen fights scored time and time and time again.... in the same fight one 'judge' whose profession it is is to judge boxing matches, scores a fight 11-1, and another judge in the same fight scores it 6-6. And its 'accepted' because well, boxing is 'subjective'.

    I just wish there was a more tangible and quantitative method for scoring rounds.... (of course there probably isnt). Or at the very least, boxing at least act like its not complicit with robberies by not allowing obviously corrupt or inept judges to continue officiating.

    Anyways I digress... kinda went off on a tangent there.

    Im excited for the Karl Ramirez fight. Only because its going to split the league up more really though. I dont have tv channels (only netflix, hulu, hbonow, ect) so dont really get to watch many fights.

    Of course... Mundines going to be giving up a lot of size and weight here though. His skills and athleticism have regressed and leave him far more susceptible to Greens power, we all know Mundines always had chin issues. Wouldn't be surprised to see Mundine outbox him early on only to get caught by the bigger and more powerful Green down the stretch.

    Hmm, good points, thank you. I'm going to leave him out of my small parlay.

    What do you think about Ugas/Levan and the Vasquez/Collazo fights tonight? Watching tape, I think there's a good chance Ugas really lights up Levan.

    Levan has such slow feet, and movement... He's not particularly skilled either. His best asset is his size and body work. But Ugas is a very, very skilled fighter and therefore I think this could look like an exhibition fight now that Ugas is fighting guys his own size (Last two opponents were both over 6'00 tall.

    Vasquez is the safer bet, and yeah I lean towards Ugas racking up the points and winning on the cards - if Levan is to pull this off it's going to by knockout...Ugas probably has the skill to fight negative while doing just enough to win rounds. You've avoided Karl/Ramirez right? :lol:

    Yeah, betting on a pick em' fight is a risky proposition unless you see some real tangible reasons to make you want to lean one way or another.

    Ugas has a pretty good offense, I don't think he'll head to fight negative against the crude and slow Levan.

    I'm still hesitating on what to do with that one. Settled with the other two picks, probably just going to bite the bullet and pick one within the next 20-30 mins.

    Didn't recognize you with the AV change for a while, can't say I'm too pleased with the new one either as a big Morrison fan. :lol:
