Hey @PinoyProdigy Sergey Derevyanchenko is facing undefeated KO artist Kemahi Russell on the 14th, can I add it?
Boxing riddle name the boxer. After a wild beast I am named, against an exilie I was tamed. Who am I?
You never know Culcay's height may prove to be something of an issue for Andrade, who's used to fighting guys his own size, Culcay may be able land shots other usually don't on Boo Boo, and Culcay's defense is decent, he'll probably avoid a lot more of Andrade's incoming fire as well.
So you are giving like 10-15 % chance for Culcay? In my opinion this is just another good money deal by Sauerland. Sauerland likes to throw his fighters in to the mouths of the lions and I don't see this fight going to the decision. Culcay is not bad but there will be a huge difference between him and Andrade. There were huge talkings here about Andrade beating Canelo and even Canelo ducking him. Can you rate Culcay against Canelo? ( I see it as a horrible missmatch )
Andrade is a world class, skillful operator. Culcay seems like someone that picked up boxing a few years ago and has managed to get as far as he has because of very soft and generous match making. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a slightly longer, more drawn out version of the Rose fight.
I also think that it won't be particularly competitive. Culcay struggled badly with Guido Nicholas Pitto twice, he's at least a level, if not two, below Andrade IMHO.
I'm not saying Culcay will be competitive or even come close to outboxing Andrade, but Felix Sturm didn't come close to outboxing Chudinov either, I think I scored it 120-108 for Fedor, yet somehow they found a way to give it to Sturm, its in Germany, anything is possible.
Man, that Pitto pick cost me as well. I was thinking that @KiwiMan, that Saldivia might well be coming to the end of the line. Alas, another car crash of a week. Hanging in the top 10 but just when i think i am going to start climbing and heading for top 5 I end up clinging on to top 10. Roll on next week...
I've never been impressed by Andrade in the slightest, I think he's vastly overrated, his best two wins are over Nelson and Vanes, neither of whom I rate very highly, Brian Rose is average at best, and that's being generous, Boo Boo's power is overrated, his skillset is overrated, his chin is questionable. He's a whole lot of hype with no signature win to back it up, he's flashy and slightly unorthodox, but nothing special. Canelo would wreck Andrade as would Jermall Charlo, I think Liam Williams would probably beat him as well.
Yea I agree he is still unproven but in an alphabetic order Canelo would be A , Andrade at his best could be B and Culcay C.
Lol. Seriously though, I reckon participating in the league would be of immense benefit to the more biased posters, they'll realize how hard it is to consistently pick fights correctly & also that their preferred nationality/ethnicity sometimes loses too!
