If I have to take a loss for the opening round when we both picked the same bloke that got knocked out then I am missing from the list!

So we all take a loss for the DeGale fight right?

I don't think anyone picked a draw so I'd assume everyone got the result incorrect therefore should pick up a loss.

I honestly think it should count only if somebody actually got it right. Just my opinion

But a draw is valid option now isn't it, when we make our picks.

What you propose is the same as suggesting if everyone picks fighter A to win and he actually doesn't win, no one should take a loss.

But not everyone is going to use the draw option. Everyone either picks UD/SD/TKO/KO as a method to win their picks... In the event of a draw in a fight that looks like a mismatch on paper but happens to find its way on the fights list somehow, I don't think that should count on the record. I think the option of Draw should be allowed for the Big fights where a draw is certainly possible.

The problem is, everyone can use the draw option if they choose. No one here chose the option thus we all lose.

Ummmm.. I think we need to get a majority vote here... what happens if osawa fights Yoshida for ex. and nobody knows a thing about them and everybody proceeds to make their picks using the original methods and the fight turns out to be a draw? Would you think that's fair? There's going to be a lot more potential losses being added to posters records because of draws in lesser fights that are added to the fight list.

It's a prediction league. If you don't predict the right result you take a loss.

But this draw option is merely a tester though, no?

But it's clearly not as wrong as predicting the wrong winner, is it?
