But the Houses chart is based on the hour you were born an the constellation that was passing over the moment of your birth, and most astrologers aren't even sure how to properly calculate it, some think it starts when your mother went into labor, some think its the moment of birth, so there's a degree of guesstimating that goes into this, especially when you don't know the specific time.
