That list shouldn't even exist but no, that was not even close to a robbery.

 

The ref ROBBED Redkach of two points that cost him the fight on the judges cards... If that's not a robbery then what is?

Mendez wouldn't have taken a single card if Redkach received that KD and wasn't stripped of a point.

 

That's the way the ball bounces man. I originally had Mendez but switched because he's had poor showings, I should have stuck with it. Oh well.

 

Well if the ref actually knew how to officiate a professional boxing match that switch would have paid off... Hindsight is 20/20

 

Yeah, that was a BS point deduction, because there was no prior warning, and that kd was as legit a kd I've seen. Should have been 96-94 Redkach.

Agreed. On general principle it does suck that Redkach had two points slip through his fingers because of Caiz Jr.'s incompetence but it ultimately was academic because like Drew, my view was that Méndez still had enough rounds banked to get the nod.
