    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi

Guerfi looking really good. Fast punches in combination and connected several times with straight right hand shots.

    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi

Jamoye does a little better and avoids some of the shots that were catching him in the previous round, but still eats a few counters. Jamoye clips Guerfi pretty good and gets him on his bike for a minute. Guerfi hammers him with a strong counter right hand. They exchange at the end of the round. Closer round.

    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 3: ?
    Round 4: 10-9 Guerfi

Jamoye is the one pressing the action as Guerfi counters and then moves away in round 3. Didn't catch the second half of round.

Jamoye doing well with his pressure, but Guerfi is able to get enough right hands and uppercuts connected to win round 4. Jamoye is getting close though.

    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 3: ?
    Round 4: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 5: 10-9 Guerfi

Jamoye pins Guerfi in the corner and lands to the body and head. Guerfi escapes but doesn't have the same snap on his punches as he did earlier. Jamoye pounds away to the body and Guerfi decides to turn it on and connects with huge right hand. Explosion of punches to the body from Guerfi. He was losing that round until that sequence won it for him. Interesting to see if he can keep up the pace.

    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 3: ?
    Round 4: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 5: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 6: 10-9 Guerfi

Guerfi is clearly the more skilled fighter, but Jamoye is one tough SOB. He has taken some monster shots and still marches forward applying that pressure. His punches are slower and he gets some in, but Guerfi is still able to land 3 punches to Jamoye's 1. Guerfi just needs to keep his hands moving to keep Jamoye off of him.

    Round 1: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 3: ?
    Round 4: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 5: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 6: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 7: 10-9 Guerfi

Guerfi is unloading some hammers on this guy but he won't go down. Even more impressive is that Jamoye still keeps coming at him asking for more. Jamoye is slower now though, as he has to be feeling some pain. Guerfi clearly back in control.

    Round 2: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 3: ?
    Round 4: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 5: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 6: 10-9 Guerfi
    Round 7: 10-9 Guerfi
Round 8: Guerfi wins by corner stoppage

Guerfi starts the round pumping his jab effectively, then stops on the ropes and lets Jamoye pound on his body. Another huge right hand from Guerfi. The Jamoye corner steps in and waves the towel. They have seen enough.

We'll have to be quick because there are a lot of fight on this weekend planned for the next

Nice match Dfaulds, nice back and forth action.

Kiwiman, if its me vs you next, ill make the adjustments to my picks since you entered yours before I did.

Ill do the same if its you Chuck, since you also got your picks in before

Anyone fancy explaining how there is an overall winner to WBK? I’m not too sure how it works.

    Congrats @pablinov!

@nellybc will decide who has the next challenge. ELO-wise I am still #2 behind you but my recent form is not good and I don't think I deserve a title shot without another win - so my suggestion is not for myself, but we'll see what @nellybc decides.

So the title is passed in a lineal fashion - to become WBK champion you need to climb the rankings and get a title challenge.

BTW you are sixth in the rankings after that win so potentially 2 wins or so away from a title shot, depending on how other people do.
