Not a whole lot of love for Lara.

 

While going through the rankings tonight, I caught a mistake I made in last weeks update. In the first quoted post, @jordan1 was correctly in 12th place. After the South African fights, he correctly picked Liebenberg, and he received credit for that, but I did not move him up to 10th place, where he should have been. The last quote shows the rankings where his win-loss record is correct, but he is incorrectly in 12th place. Since then, @FIGHTER2R regained 10th place with his Braehmer pick, and @jordan1 should now be in 11th place. I will correct this mistake in tonight's update but wanted to notify everyone (especially @nellybc) of the reason for that specific change in the rankings.

As always, I ask that everyone please check my calculations regularly.

2017 Lineage and Records​

Rules:
- First come first serve on challenges issued
- No stacking of challenges
- Can not challenge a fight more than 10 days away
- If champions change their pick after challenge has been set, they forfeit their title and it goes to the challenger who then becomes the interim champion, to fight for the vacant title against the next challenger
- Only 1 challenge per day, although a champion can have unlimited defenses per day
- Anyone who loses a title fight, must wait until 3 challenges occur before they can challenge again. If no one has challenged the champion,

Apparently, Nathan Gorman vs Nick Webb is off, after Nick Webb pulled out of the fight yet again. Which is just as well, because Gorman would've schooled Webb and stopped him.

There's nothing about it on Boxrec yet; but, as per Twitter, Nathan Gorman is now scheduled to fight Mohamed Soltby for the WBC International Silver Heavyweight Title (whatever that is) on the undercard of Liam Smith vs Liam Williams (November 11).
