Apparently it was Webb who pulled out (at least from what I was told), then Frank Warren (Gorman's promoter) arranged Gorman vs Soltby as a replacement fight.

Abreu KO4, Sirotkin UD wide, Talarek UD close, Chisora UD close, Quigg TKO9, McDonnell UD close, Bivol TKO4, Kongolo UD, Breazeale KO6, Lipinets TKO10, Porter UD close, Wilder TKO6, Nery UD wide
Just wondering are we supposed to put round of KO/TKO or if the decision is close, just noticed sum people do this with there picks? Is anybody able to link me to the overall rules?
You don't need to put the exact round in unless you join the WBK competition as well as the league. Rules here: https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/kirks-championships-2017.579245/page-322 Otherwise, you just choose the winner and the method (KO/TKO, UD, SD/MD) for each upcoming fight and you're good to go.
