Doubt it. Pedraza is a level above Torres and Torres himself barely scraped through a draw in his last fight.

 

He has a draw because it was an eight rounder and he takes 4 rounds to warm up/actually start fighting.

Rules:
- First come first serve on challenges issued
- No stacking of challenges
