(only just barely on time, however, @Robney :nono: another 12 minutes and the first bell would've rung already...)

What's your take on Fury vs. Schwarz IB? Do you think it should be added or not? Because thus far... it ****ing isn't.

What's silly about it? Whos to say Fury hasn't lost too much weight and is fragile? Or that his violent KD's at the hands of Wilder don't have some lingering effects? Tom is 6'6, a big strapping young guy, that's got a decent chin, a good high guard, and some decent pop. Crazier things have happened.

    WBK SERIES 17

    Thoughts and opinions needed please...

    @nellybc @BoxingABC1 @ChinMusic @pincai @KiwiMan @Chuck Norris @Dfaulds @JordanK2406 @Leoh @CST80

    1: 5/31 - Chayaphon Moonsri vs. Tatsuya Fukuhara II - 12x3 WBC World Minimumweight Title / Moonsri TUD 79-73; 78-74; 78-74

We have a problem. The rules are not set for an 8 round fight for Close or Wide UD
The fight went 8 scored rounds so should count in the WBK.
Does anybody have any thoughts on the scoring ??

5 points has to be wide over 8 rounds. 3 points has to be close over 8 rounds. Where does 4 sit. If you look at the 10 and 12 round scores then i feel that 4 points over 8 should be close.

5 points is close over 12. 4 points is close over 10. Realistically 3 points should be close over 8 ? Am i reading this all wrong ?

Should we even just score it 10-10 as it never went 10 rounds ? I am amazed that if we have 8 round fights in the league how this problem has never appeared before.

CLOSE or WIDE UD for 10 rounders: 6-4 (close); 7-3 (close); 8-2 (wide); 9-1(wide) 10-0(wide)

CLOSE or WIDE UD for 12 rounders: 5 point margin is equal to CLOSE UD. 117-111 is WIDE - 117 - 112 is CLOSE

It is. You are being fooled by Schwarz. In 2017 Schwarz defeated CRUISERWEIGHT Ivica Bacurin by UD. 77-78 | 75-77 | 74-77
Since then Takam has a KO2 and Joyce has a KO1 over Bacurin. Before that Whyte KO6 and Bellew KO10.
I know Fury is not know for having that chin after the Cunningham display but at the end of the day Schwarz is not carrying enough power or skill for me. Completely happy to eat my words afterwards if i am wrong but Fury wins and think it will be TKO7.

There were 5 fights made at the spring. Immediately the bookies were offering completely and utterly ridiculous odds on any of Miller (Ruiz Jr), Schwarz, Khan, Breazeale + Another taking the W. The bookies are not wrong on these.

I know they are 2 horse races and the punchers chance exists but really...

They are complete mismatches and the public are being conned into paying for rubbish PPV fights.

1 Joshua vs Miller (Ruiz Jr) 2 Fury vs Schwarz 3 Wilder vs Breazeale 4 Khan vs Crawford 5 There was another recently but i forgot it.

I’d say it should be a close ud as 6 rounds to 2 would be considered close if it were a 8 round fight for example.

Sure, but we have had countless mismatches on the fight list which were worse than Fury vs Schwarz like for example GGG vs Martirosyan.
