Anyone else think Ceja is going to be having flashbacks to the second Hugo Ruiz match tonight?

All of Rigo's wins since 2016, or his last three bouts, have all in the first two rounds...

What exactly is a flashback of the second Hugo Ruiz fight? Did you watch it? He injured his ankle badly in the fight and could barely walk & move. He ate bombs for 10-15 seconds from Ruiz without going down....and who has Rigo beaten? Nobody with a real pulse. Last good win was Donaire six years ago. Rigo could be easily shot and old over night.

Oh you missed the laser straight right hand that dumped Ceja hard on his ass, which is what actually injured his ankle? Maybe you should rewatch the fight.

LMAO, he was stumbling about his own feet and went down from that, injured himself badly. He wasn't even hurt. If you want to call this a legit KD then it was an off balance KD. If you want to see a bad KD, then watch the first fight and how Ceja dropped Ruiz in the fifth round with a vicious left hook. You called Ceja a glass chin lmao, there is not even a slight sign of that in his recent losses. Rewatch the fight vs. the guy from Venezuela where his nose was broken and his eye ****ed up. He showed tremendous heart and will. He's a good fighter with solid skills and good power, big heart and will. He can easily beat the **** out of old and shot Rigo.

Rigo should win, and by stoppage but Ceja has definitely a chance and is definitely goof for value at that price.

Thats the angle. Rigo should win and i also think he will stop Ceja sooner or later but Ceja can hit like a truck and there are so many questionmarks about Rigo. On the other side Ceja had some BAD luck losing to Ruiz (injury) and Manzanilla (broken nose, couldn't breathe). Manzanilla for example send Rey Vargas to the canvas. He has decent power and destroyed his nose. Ceja had a sugery last year which explains his long layoff. I am not going with Ceja here but he's definitely more a living dog than odds like +700 suggesting.

You down play Manzanilla like his punches connecting aren't what destroyed Ceja's nose to the point where he had to retire in his corner. You sound like a TKO 6 apologist with that logic. "If he hadn't been damaged by the punches he was hit with would've won!". Defense is a part of boxing and Ceja's is terrible, hence a mediocre journeyman like Manzanilla being able to unload with no consequences over the course of the first few rounds of their bout, which did more than enough damage to require the fight to be stopped. End of discussion.

Thats Bull****. Theoretically one punch can bust your nose and you lose the fight if you have to retire because you can't breathe anymore. Watch the Manzanilla fight and then we can continue, otherwise it makes no sense. You could have won every round of the fight but losing it via TKO/RTD because of the factor your nose is ****ed and we all know (or not) that Ceja has those issues for a while with his nose. So he tried to fix it with a sugery.
And let's not forget we're talking abut huge underdog Ceja not slight underdog. I don't have to defend a guy who's like +750 or even higher. Cejas best win at 122 (Hugo Ruiz) is much (!) better than everything Rigondeaux has beaten recently (Dickens, Delgado, Flores, Francisco, Amagasa). END OF DISCUSSION. Rigondeaux last good win was in 2013 vs. Donaire. And Rigondeaux was down a lot of times in his career. Amagasa dropped him twice, Donaire dropped him, Cordoba aswell. And that was probably PRIME Rigondeaux. Now he's facing a guy who can hit like a truck.
