Because Stepien trained with Beterbiev and claimed he's injured and pulled out. Beterbiev probably beat him up in sparring. Matyja fighting Averlant.

Patera won by UD by the way. A waaaay too wide one that arguably could have gone either way.

Joet's going to pull the upset here. He's flying under the radar here big time. He's a very live dog.

    Kanat Islam vs. Walter Kautondokwa
While Islam seems solid and has a good chi, this is his first real opponent moving up in weight to 160 and Walter can crack. Also, will Islam's okay power carry up? Hmmm.

Nick Hannig vs. Ryno Liebenberg II
First fight was a back and forth affair and rightfully ended in a draw. It could possibly go either way again.

    Yves Ngabu vs. Lawrence Okolie
Aside from Askin, Ngabu is Okolie's stiffest challenge to date, I have a feeling that the Okolipus will be out in full effect tomorrow, but here's the catch, Ngabu is great on the inside, throws punches in bunches, is great at using angles, also I doubt Okolie can play grabass and stink finger with him all fight, Yves will outmuscle him. This one almost gets a red alert for me.

    Ricky Burns vs. Lee Selby
Selby's first real fight at 135, Burns is not as tall, but the far more natural at the weight, and somehow Lee still looked gaunt at the weigh in. I think Burns will o a number on him quite frankly. Lee is coming off of going life and death with Omar Douglas, Burns will give him everything he can handle and then some.

    Dereck Chisora vs. David Price
While conventional wisdom would tell you, Chisora probably wins by vicious KO. Think about this for a second, Chisora looked like ass against Gashi, got violently KO'd against Whyte less than a year ago, looked horrid against Takam and on the verge of being stopped himself. Price is coming off of a great performance. His form is good as is his self belief. Who's to say Delboy doesn't get too aggressive early and walk onto something huge early? The uppercut is there for Price as is clean flush straight rights. The end result here isn't a foregone conclusion. Especially when you take into consideration Chisora is training himself for this fight.

    Josh Taylor vs. Regis Prograis
Genuine 50/50 toss up. It could go either way. If it turns into a scrap, who has the advantage on the inside? Both do good work there. Who is better from the outside, both more than hold their own there as well. Can Taylor taking the Rougarou's power id he lands flush? Can Prograis take Taylor's power if he lands flush? This is a winnable fight for both and a coin toss.

Robert Easter Jr. vs. Adrian Granados
Easter has always suffered badly against good pressure fighters like Shafikov and Fortuna, Granados is every bit as good as they are. Now when you take into consideration that Easter won't have his usual size advantage, since this fight is his first at 140. His power in all likelihood will be diminished, and how well can he take the punch of a true Light Welter? I could see a Granados-Imam scenario playing out here.

    Erickson Lubin vs. Nathaniel Gallimore
Lubin should win this, but his come forward aggression and at times leaky defense could blow up in his face. Gallimore i a very heavy handed fighter, who has a handful of upsets on his record. Lubin won't play it safe like Teixiera and definitely won't have the rugged inside game and grit of a J-Rock. This could be a huge banana peel.

    Shakur Stevenson vs. Joet Gonzalez
Joet has looked like a million bucks lately, racking up several solid wins, while Shakur is coming off of a career best win against Pitufo Diaz, Diaz is a tad bit one dimensional Joet isn't. He varies his attack, doesn't try the same thing over and over and has a solid ring IQ himself, along with deceptive power. This is faaar from a sure thing.

    Sho Ishida vs. Israel Gonzalez
Both lost to Yafai, but only one actually should have. Gonzalez got badly robbed when they fought in Monaco. Now... was that just a really bad night for Kal? Or did Gonzalez improve drastically? Ishida is a solid fighter and fights well off the backfoot. He could walk Gonzalez onto something big. It's anotehr genuine 50/50. But since it's in Gonzalez's backyard, I lean towards the Mexican here.
