Why wouldn't I? Eleider landed a good shot to the temple, and jumped on him before Kovalev could shake the cobwebs, that shot won't necessarily be there for him in the rematch, however what happens if Kovalev hurts him again early like he did in the 4th? Will a better conditioned Kovalev be able to finish the job? This is not some easy pick.

seems to have had some problems outside the ring which could affect him, seems to always gas put out after the halfway stage in his recent fights. Maybe he lands that big shot tho.

McGirt is a solid trainer, and I think hes just what Kovalev needed to work out the kinks, and thus far, I haven't heard any bad news coming out of the Krusher's camp, aside from the obvious one. But he had that hanging over his head going into the first fight, he was expecting this to break, so it probably won't come as a surprise. Buddy is saying all the right things, now do I fully believe it, maybe not, but enough to think he might have just enough to take Alvarez in the rematch. I'm liking what I'm hearing about the strength and conditioning issues especially.

i don't think it's AJs opponent if you mean the Wembley announcement. It's the announcement of a The Who concert there

yeah i think that was an assumption that stemmed from what Wembley tweeted. There's been a few rumours about AJ v Miller gathering pace for AJs US debut

The WBA has ordered a 4 man tournament the winner of which will face AJ. It's Charr vs Oquendo (The Mythical Fight) and Miller vs Bryan. Let's say they fight in March or April, the finals should be Charr vs Miller in the summer and then in the autumn Joshua is facing Miller in the US. But I feel like Hearn has another option - to build up the fight between both by keeping busy Joshua and make his debut in the US against Pulev, who is now with TopRank.

there wouldn't be any point in that tournament for Miller though if he gets the fight outright, instead of fighting Bryan, Charr or Oquendo to get it.

Although Pulev could be a dark horse though tbf
