I think so. Smith lost to Bivol, who is a very, very good technician; dare I say very underrated (but yes boring to watch). And Barrera, who he knocked down but also fought most of the fight with a broken jaw.

Hart's a good fighter but he isn't on Bivol's level. He's a better boxer than JSJ but I've seen him trade in spots where it definitely wasn't to his advantage. Smith is not a very good boxer, pretty one-dimensional but he can crack and if Hart decides to engage JSJ I think he's getting put to sleep. If Hart does win, I think it'll be a pretty boring fight TBH but I think Hart is who he is and I don't think his gameplan is to box and stink it out.

The thing with Hart is that he's not very smart and has a very bad fight iq. And obviously lacking a busy and consistent jab. So i guess he will be involved in some questionable exchanges with one of the hardest hitting guys at 175. Smith KO is definitely a realistic outcome but overall i'll stick with Hart. He's with Top Rank and Smith - without scoring KD's - won't win a lot of rounds i think. He might be able to steal some rounds if he can hurt Hart but doubt he'll get a lot of those rounds without that. Hart has good recovery so even if he's hurt he will fight back.
