I'm surprised so many are going with Shigeoka.

Jerusalem was kinda lucky to get the nod in their first fight imo and Yudai has proven himself a bit more than Melvin has. Jerusalem winning is far from outlandish of course but him winning the first time seemed more like a fluke result where an unfocused Yudai got sloppy and was punished by a crafty but limited contender.

The first fight wasn't very high paced so some rounds were close. I'm not saying Shigeoka can't win, he just looks weight drained at 105 to me.

I don't disagree with the decision, especially thanks to those KDs Melvin scored, it just seemed to me that the rounds Yudai won, he won a lot clearer is all I guess. I had it a draw for reference but I've only watched it once and can't remember too much of it.
I'm not sure if I'd say he looks drained at the weight though, he looked pretty good at the weigh-in I thought. A bit tight but his face seems pretty full and he came in at 104.3 lbs. It's an interesting fight anyway. I was never as high on Yudai as I am on Ginjiro but I like watching both and think they've still got a lot of promise despite the defeats they've taken.

Richardson stops Roberts in the 7 round in a highly entertaining fight against the referee and the hometown crowds.

While it may ave seemed counterintuitive for me picking Logan by KO, due to his lack of KO's, but after seeing the brutaity of the Harrison KO and the war of attrition he drug him into, it clicked that Logan is a dangerous mother****er in the second half of fights, and the only reason his KO percentage was so low was due to most of his matches being 4 and 6 rounders.

From what I see this fight, the power is good. Throw nice body shots. Check this fight out.

I actually give Ginjiro a better shot at defeating Jerusalem than Yudai, given his body work. Yudai is kind of like Foster at 130 for me. He makes the weight but it's not beneficial for him. The look of a fighter who needs to move up.
