Given that Froch and Groves aren't exactly best pals, that could just be Froch trying to wind Groves up.

Put it this way: Groves could win a round resoundingly with two knockdowns of the opponent, and Froch would probably still score the round 10-10.

 

I dont want to continue the discussion any further there is no point especially here but I guess I have to reply even though you will believe what you want anyway.

Your 1st reply to me makes some assumption that I said that americans were not able to defend themselves which isnt what I have ever said.

Then you accuse me of putting my families life on the line because I said I dont need a gun as I was able to defend myself and my family in other ways.

Obviously the odds are still small of Americans dieing in a gun massacre but its something we basically dont need to worry about at all in Australia because of changing the gun laws.

Do you believe people in your country which owns almost half the civilian owned guns in the world is safer then people in my country of dieing because of gun related death?

This will be the last of my contribution flooding this thread with my often poorly worded responses when trying to give my opinion on this emotional and complex discussion.In future I will try to stick to poorly worded discussions on boxing/mma something I a little know more about.

 

This is the main thing precluding me from picking Groves. I think the clincher for me was the Martin Murray fight. Groves basically won all of the first eight rounds on cruise control, but Murray hung in there and even had some success in the last four rounds as Groves' stamina levels fell off a cliff.
