Repost, again. Come on, I want to hear some of your lists. Pinoy, UTF, I'm looking at you.



Okay I'm not going for some artsy fartsy Top 25, this is based on how much I enjoyed watching the film, how much they moved me, a few of the films on my most would consider crap, but I found them fun and compelling enough, and that's a rarity now days, and my enjoyment is all that matters to me. So regardless of genre or hype, this is my list.

Also, I'd really like to hear your lists as well, or at the very least abbreviated lists.

I'll add to the list if there's some worthy additions down the line, I haven't seen Thor Ragnarok, The Darkest Hour, The Last Jedi, I, Tonya, Dunkirk and a few others yet. But I'm sure there'll be a few worthy additions out of those flicks.

A few other observations, I love The Fate Of The Furious and Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, shockingly, but not quite enough to make my list. Transformers 864 was God awful, Ghost In The Shell was a massive letdown, The Mummy I actually liked it better than I thought I would, but it wasn't very good. Alien: Covenant was absolute ****, pure garbage, I hated every second of it. the Foreigner was solid while I was watching it, but I forget it a few hours afterward, clearly didn't make an impact. Song To Song was a huge letdown from Malick.

 

Had it been another offshoot like Rogue One, I would have gone out of my way to see it, but The Force Awakens was such a dreadful disappointment, I have zero interest in JJ's trilogy, I'll see it when they release it on DVD, eventually.

The Foreigner was solid, but also a tad bit depressing.

Good idea, I'll work one up for later.
