Hmm, I think I know where it might be going in some sense. It's strange how women getting their kit off years ago was a celebrated freedom by the left and something seen as shameful on the right. Whereas now, the left seem to want to de-sexualise everything and the right are now more in favour of said freedom.

Anyone have any strong feelings about fights this weekend? I've got this feeling Degale won't be able to improve his performance and without any kind of home advantage is going to completely fail in getting his title back again Truax, even though the man is still a substantial underdog...

Truax win was a fluke. Degale will destroy him this time, i think about a wide UD, maybe even a stoppage. He looks in great shape.

Couldn't agree more, DeGale was almost incapable of adjusting the first time around, and every time he made one, Truax would adjust to his adjustment, not only that, but Chunky took a severe beating in that match and was hurt several times, when the rematch was announced this soon afterward I thought it was a mistake, I highly doubt DeGale has had substantial time to heal up from how physically strenuous that match was for him, and add to that, he clearly wasn't recovered from the Porky and Jack beatings.

So a 12 round stylistic mismatch/beatdown was a fluke? Hmmm, not sure how you came to that conclusion.

Beatdown is a bit harsh. Joshua gave a beatdown to Parker last weekend with something like 9-3/10-2 rounds. DeGales loss was deserved, no question, but it was no beatdown. He lost (what can happen in boxing from time to time) because of his arrogant attitude, thinking it is enough to go in a fight with something about 60% and he was hammered for that sloppy attitude. Fully deserved. But Degale won't show up like last time, i guarantee you that. He will be much more focused, his shape will be better and he will be more aggressive. He should win this. I am pretty sure about that. You can quote this on Sunday but this is prob the only fight i am 99% sure about next weekend.
    DeGale UD or late stoppage.

But Davies Jr. won every round of the first fight until the last two, when he gassed, which I remembered correctly before switching to him to win.:eusa_dance: DeGale lost, fair and square, and got beaten up.

Two men not hitting each other for 12 rounds now constitutes as a beatdown, and one man getting DeGale on the ropes several times and pounding him relentlessly, coming close to KOing him once or twice doesn't? Huh?:eyepop:
