    Hughes aggressive to start the round but doesn't dissuade Bowen from continuing to march forward. Hughes does better this round but Bowen still landing the more effective shots. Good effort from Hughes.

    Better round from Hughes but probably not enough to give him round 4

    Bowen charges out rips him with several body blows, Hughes wildly swinging and missing, Bowen landing in combination to the head and body, while rolling with and slipping most of Hughes incoming fire, clipping him with left hooks as he's tries to move to his right.

    Hughes still aggressive but a little wild missing with some wide shots. Hughes outworks Bowen for the first half of the round. Bowen consistently throwing that body work. Hughes is very close to winning that round, just not quite.

    Pace seems to have slowed a little, Hughes trying to hold more, Bowen still tagging him to the body, Hughes holds, Bowen hooking to the ribs with his free arm, Hughes is dead tire, he almost fell along the ropes while in hold, Bowen is relentless.

    Hughes has made it into the second half of the fight, but he took a lot of body shots to get there. Bowen has never been this deep but Hughes has burnt a lot of gas to get this far. Bowen wrestles Hughes down towards the end of the round sapping even more energy out of him.

    First time Bowen has seen round 7, yet he's still aggressive, Hughes is in survival mode at this point, he's shelling up, Bowen landing one twos and hooking to the body non stop, nice uppercuts to the stomach, Hughes dropped by a body shot. He makes it back up. Bowen backs on him, Hughes holds for dear life, Bowen pushes him off, lands to the body again, down again, makes it back up, saved by the bell.

    Hughes trying to smother Bowen's work but Sam just hooks around the elbow and digs to the body again and again. Finally Hughes goes down after accumulating so much body damage. He gets up absorbs some more, goes down again. He probably should not come out for the next round
