@nellybc I meant o ask this in January but forgot, but how come the ELO ratings get carried over from the previous year?

That is a bloody good question!

I don't know the real answer. I remember myself and @KiwiMan having a quick chat at the end of 2017 and we both felt that the ELO was running well and working and we should just continue the ELO running through. I think it was just a continuation process. At the end of this year I will work out the yearly rankings for 2018 as we have a starting point at end of 2017. I will make sure we have 2017 rankings - 2018 rankings and overall by the end of this year.

 

Nelly i don't wanna be a dick, but you got my fight with Daniel wrong, The Broner vs Vargas fight should be scored 10-10 since it ended in a draw and the result between me and Daniel should be 116-116

You made the same mistake on DONT B SCARED VS Nelly and Pablinov vs Pinoy Prodigy.

 

Just checking this and I had Broner MD mate, not UD wide

Fixtures to be announced as soon as ELO rankings are complete. Please note the new fight added for round 3. This replaces the Inoue/Nonaka fight ( round 1 ) as we are getting too close to all have a chance to sort out picks.

It was in the scoring rules before i took this on.

It was just another way to try and avoid 10-10 rounds.

Not my favourite scoring rule by any stretch and always makes me question the scoring when we get a draw.

fair enough mate, I saw @Chuck Norris post thought it'd be easier to just tell you in case it did change it. That's one of the strangest rules though, it was an MD draw, I'd have thought the one with MD would've won it

 

However in Feburary of this year we scored MD vs UD, result draw, as 10-9 in favour of the MD, see below:

This would make @BoxingABC1 the new WBK champion by one point.

 

This season I don't have that much time, I don't even follow vs who I am against in the WBK... Just saw my record 4 6 and can't believe it... It's not a good season so far for me!

 

Damn!! I thought i was using the latest set of scoring rules.
