Kirks Championships : Boxing Prediction League : 2018

Son of a *****, I went 1-3 tonight.

Solomon won, I got that right.
Baishanbo won, I got that right, and he was robbed.
Van Heerden won via UD, my blind rage inspired spite pick blew up in my face. But Timo hurt him badly a few times, so I was almost right.

And Diaz just lost via a one sided beating. I picked the wrong upset. Goddamn, I can't catch a break.

 

Okay, I know I share too much, and probably shouldn't because I don't know half of you goons as well as I should to share the crap I share, but hey, I'm an open book, the 22nd was the one year anniversary of my mother's death, and while I'm like a rock, I can power through almost anything, 2 of my close family members, haven't been dealing with it all that well, so I've been trying to do the **** on here, and talk them through their rough emotional patch, and it isn't easy, because both of them are as stubborn as they can be, and aren't forthcoming with their emotions, so its like trying to get water from a stone to get them to open up and share, but instead they prefer to not deal with it, be in denial and not come to terms with the emotions they're feeling. Which has been immensely stressful, since most people seem to come to me with their problems, unload everything on me, and expect me to fix them, which I'm pretty good at, with people who want to be fixed. But its hell trying to help someone who wants help, and then when they get the advice they ignore or resist it, then complain they are feeling any better after not heeding my advice to begin with, and continue to want me to help them. I swear to God I should be a paid psychiatrist, I am one to quite a few in my personal life and... on here even. That's the pain in the ass of being able to read people's emotions so well, everyone who needs help comes running to me, and the ones who need help and then won't take the help do too.

So there you have it, I've been a little overwhelmed lately. To say the least.


Edit: All the stuff in Syria, and the bull**** going on here is frustrating the hell out of me as well.

Thanks pincai, its alright its been a year, and it still sucks but I'm dealing with it fairly well, sadly not everyone in my family is dealing with it well.
