Kirks Championships : Boxing Prediction League : 2018

Never made it through it, for some reason it bored me and I bailed, and it was a little too cheap and sleazy for me. And as a devotee of The Warriors, it was a little too derivative, and not in a good well executed way. That and I don't like intentionally bad films, whether that was the case with this one, and I don't really think it was, the filmmakers just sucked, it still fell in that category for me. That's the same reason by and large, I dislike Troma films, their badness is the gimmick, therefore disingenuous and hard to enjoy. I only like trash when its unintentional and the genuine article.

 

Have you seen these? I did them in The Lounge. I'm sure you'll find it interesting, the first one was one of the more painful lists I've had to do, I was originally working with about 500 films I had to whittle it down to, it was brutal to compose. I may eventually expand it to a Top 250.
