    Anyone get the feeling Caterall is going to absolutely drub and stop McKenna? Caterall has developed a really nice of skills in my opinion, he's been brought along well, including body punching. McKenna went life and death with that French men journeymen (Garrido?) who I can't be bothered to look up on boxrec. Not a good look considering Catteral has already established himself as being a full class above the Garrido's of the world.

    Garrido is tough as nails, and some on the site hold him in high regard, like IB (who did a thread on Garrido), Garrido went the distance and toe to toe with Cletus Seldin, and brings it from start to finish, quite a few of the losses he has on his record are bogus. So McKenna struggling with Garrido isn't indicative of anything necessarily, Caterall would too.

    By the way, in spite of our insanely different temperaments, we do share this forum, so can we be civil towards one another at least?

    I hold him in decent esteem myself (I love iron chinned journeymen that don't get stopped, I pop a chub for Juan Ruiz and Marion Wilson) but at the same time I feel he's a good litmus test sort of fighter and he very nearly stopped McKenna a few times from the reports of the fight I've been able to find. I'd really love to actually get my hands on the fight but nothing so far.

    I just feel that firmly establishes him as an inferior fighter to the rapidly improving Caterall, whom at 24 really looks like he's coming into his own even with all the recent UK prospects that are laying dead in the road like roadkill from the past years or so. :lol: No one's gotten Jack yet!

    I have no problems getting along, civility is good by me.
