GTA San Andreas was such a great game. I might think it was the best GTA although i loved GTA 3 too and also the new games are superb. I loved the mission where you drove a Hippie van and later had to burn down the whole cannabis plantation. The three citys were so different, the wood lands had a great atmosphere. It was a masterpiece.

 

GTA 4 is the best.

 

My list:
1. GTA San Andreas
2. GTA 3
3. GTA 5
4. GTA 4
5. GTA Vice City

But 4+5 are great too.

Vice City was a bit awkward but it's okay too. I hate the mission where you have to navigate a small helicopter towards a building site.

Also note this are my favorite gta games.

I really really really hated the pilot missions in SA.

 

Slightly annoying mission. But honestly there are probably 10-15 more that were more irritating. Nothing tops Supply lines though. That's a real hair puller.

 

I started a conversation about video games. Sweet.

 

To be honest I never had much difficulty with the train mission, but the mission after that one was a pain in the ass though.

 

Didn't you also like video games Russell?

 

Not surprised about the fact that a Florida native(?) loves Vice City

It's a great game, definitely, probably the second best atmosphere after SA but i didn't like the mission design. Some really SHITTY missions.
