Yeah I know, that's why I threw that thing in at the end, its not even really that I'm that annoyed by his POV on guns, its just my annoyance at comedy and stand up comedy in general. Like Rob Schneider said "Much late night comedy is less about being funny and more about Indoctrination by comedic disposition. People aren't really laughing at it as much as cheering on the rhetoric. It no longer resembles a comedy show, it's more like some kind of liberal Klan meeting", I grew up watching Def Comedy Jam and all the old stand up shows from guys like Dice, Murphy, Carlin and Kinison, which were all about as incendiary and biting as you can get, leaving no sacred cow un-desecrated, and to see these party line towing panty waists doing the same PC schtick over and over again, taking zero risks and preaching to the choir, then trying to pass that off as "cutting edge" or "brave" is irritating as hell. Like the character of Andre Linoge says in Storm Of The Century, Hell is Repetition, that's comedy in a nutshell lately. Comedy and especially late night talk shows at this point are about as moribund as they could possibly get.

I'll take another look... I don't remember having to sign up.

I was sleep deprived and distracted first time I took it so I'll be trying again when I have a day off... But I felt it was a decent lil exorcise/mind workout .

Yeah 27 out of 30. Was clueless on the others, once I graded myself I saw the answers i missed and they seemed so obvious, but that's always the case.

    What did you get?

I went back and found it, and clicked it again and it worked tonight. When I clicked it the other day, it did nothing, so I assumed you had to login since I saw the register option next to it, so I x'd out. My computer must not have been cooperating the other day. Anyway, here's my score. Hey, I'm not currently a teacher like lufcrazy, I'm a little rusty, and its 5:30am.

Not too bad.:D I hate those ****ing what number comes next questions.:ohno

    Your score: 76%!

You took the "Mensa Workout" quiz and were awarded 23/30 marks

You're right, people need common sense more than anything, but fortunately for me, my common sense IQ is off the charts.:deal:

if i ever did some sort of common sense IQ test, i'd be categorised a borderline ****** i think :risas3:. i've given up taking full, proper IQ tests, my scores vary too much, i've had 142, 127, 135, i even got 100 once. I usually took the Wechsler Test. IQ tests aren't a true representation of intelligence to me either. 1). it more measures your potential for intelligence rather than you're actual intelligence, 2). people may have a different type of intelligence than is measured on an IQ test.

You're pretty ****ing smart, don't sell yourself short, you're probably one of the brightest people on the forum. Now watch me undermine my fairly high Mensa test result.... for what its worth, the 3 astrological signs that are most frequently cited as the most intelligent is, Virgo, Gemini (hear that UTF?) and Aquarius, with Aries, Capricorn and Scorpio right below them, well you're a Virgo with an Aquarius Moon, so... you have the top 2 covered.:deal: Sadly with Aquarius, trust me I know, I have a lot in my family, my sister is an Aquarius Moon too, they're detached as hell and socially awkward as hell.

As far as IQ tests, I'm borderline slow adult when it comes to mathematical ability (sharp as a tack it regards to consumer math and economics, practical ****), which throws me off, but the short-term memory and analytical thinking are solid and my spatial recognition abilities are off the charts. My IQ varies from test to test from 137 to 154.

"book smarts" i'm good with and logical/analytical thinking also, i just figure out patterns in things that i don't know about and that helps, but honestly, common sense, i am not all there haha, i constantly baffle my mum with some of the simple questions i ask her.

yeah, that makes sense, it would be hard to be more detached and socially awkward as me lol. I'm the same when it comes to Maths, all subjects can fairly naturally to me, but maths i had to have extra tutors, after school classes, i really struggled
